Yeaahhh... I finally got around to watching Tin Man... and I kinda fell in love with Glitch XD
So.... Glitch.
Though I don't think I got his face right >>
Glitch played by Alan Cumming.
Glitch is from Tin Man - a story set in Oz, a few generations after Dorothy Gale first visited it. Also Steam Punk XD one of the reasons I LOVE Tin Man XD

Oh my word, look! It's my favorite character of all time! 
Seriously. I don't know what it is. I've been all over TvTropes trying to figure out why he's so freaking lovable, but I don't think things like this can be explained. He's just so freaking adorably quirky and innocent and vulnerable and optimistic yet grim at the same time and he's had such a brutal past yet he still manages to be upbeat and goofy! And oh, that one scene in the hippie truck after he drags an unconscious Cain miles through a blizzard... oh my word, I must have watched it 5 times. I don't know what it is about it. I just love it. Watching Glitch be put in a situation so grim that even HE'S having trouble finding a silver lining, that you can see him actually getting FRUSTRATED. And then there's Cain, being all cynical and sarcastic, making things even worse.
Gaah, sorry. Just... seeing that picture set me off, and when I get set off talking about Glitch I can't shut up. XD
But anyways, I agree, something seems to be a bit off with his face, but everything else about it looks absolutely perfect. I love all the details you put into the coat. There seems to be quite a bit of confidence in the lines. Very clean and bold. I know you drew this like, 3 years ago, but I'm gonna compliment you on it anyway.
